Perishable Goods Disclaimer

Our products include natural floral materials. You acknowledge and agree that natural variations in color, size, and bloom are expected, substitutions of equal or greater value may occur due to seasonal availability, and flower longevity depends on care and environmental conditions. We do not guarantee specific bloom duration.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and must include photographic evidence. Refunds, replacements, or store credit are issued at our sole discretion.

User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials, providing accurate and current information, and all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
