Upon transfer of the shipment to the designated carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. Chic des Roses LLC is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
